Requirements
- Significant experience leading large-scale application transformation, custom development, or modernization engagements.
- Expert-level understanding of cloud-native architecture (microservices, APIs, event-driven, serverless, containers).
- Deep proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing.
- Deep knowledge of data migration strategies and database modernization.
- Experience working with legacy or monolithic applications.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompting, context management, and validation for AI-assisted delivery.
- Executive presence with a track record of advising senior client stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and present business cases (TCO, ROI) for modernization.
- Experience in consulting or pre-sales roles, including solutioning and project scoping.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate application and platform assessments, modernization strategy development, and target architecture design.
- Lead technical teams across the full application landscape, including CI/CD, testing, data migrations, and application code.
- Establish standards for security, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, observability, and operational readiness.
- Demonstrate effective use of AI-assisted software delivery tools and mentor consultants and client team members.
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships with client Directors, VPs, and C-level technology leaders.
- Lead pre-sales and pursuit efforts, including scoping, estimating, and proposal development.
