Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and competitiveness of the exchange's trading business through strategic initiatives and market development.
- Develop and execute liquidity strategies to enhance market quality, trading efficiency, and user experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to support product and business expansion.
- Contribute to pricing, incentive, and commercial strategies across trading products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch, enhancement, and lifecycle management of trading products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and institutional clients to support business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely communication of key operational and product updates.
- Analyze business performance and market data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
