Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with a recent track record building production AI/LLM applications.
- Strong agent-design judgment including task-harness fit and failure handling.
- Ability to operate close to the client and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Expert-level Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Strong RAG and retrieval skills including vector databases, embeddings, and hybrid search.
- Proven experience evaluating generative AI quality using observability and tracing tools.
- Production deployment experience on major cloud platforms with containerization and CI/CD.
- English at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-native systems E2E including agents, workflows, RAG, and custom tool calling.
- Build evaluation pipelines to ensure system utility and performance.
- Design for failure in agent loops, including retries, model fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop components.
- Capture domain expertise and repeatable workflows for scalability across engagements.
- Engage early with stakeholders to shape use cases and check technical feasibility.
- Write production-grade Python for integrations, APIs, and data access.
- Work directly with SMEs and end-users to conduct interviews and validate workflows.
