Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
- Two to five years of relevant professional experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience considered).
- Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience providing customer service to employees, managers, or stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze information, identify process improvements, and implement administrative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for People Team programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, and organizational charts.
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and policy guidance.
- Administer training, compliance, and knowledge management activities such as SOPs and process documentation.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
- Manage People Team operational tools and identify opportunities for process improvement.
