Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
  • Two to five years of relevant professional experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience considered).
  • Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience providing customer service to employees, managers, or stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify process improvements, and implement administrative solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for People Team programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, and organizational charts.
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and policy guidance.
  • Administer training, compliance, and knowledge management activities such as SOPs and process documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage People Team operational tools and identify opportunities for process improvement.
