- Previous experience in financial services and sales in an inbound or outbound call center.

- Computer literate with above average proficiency in MS Office and internet skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems, applications, and workflows.
- Ability to exhibit grace under pressure and meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Two to four (2-4) years of successful loan origination experience preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory requirements of mortgage lending preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate initial loan applications and supporting documentation to assess creditworthiness and repayment ability.
- Perform preliminary analysis of applicants’ credit, income, and assets, communicating initial eligibility and next steps.
- Communicate key origination timelines, product options, pricing, and underwriting requirements.
- Engage with applicants through outbound communication to obtain required documentation and ensure timely progression.
- Coordinate with realtors, builders, mobile notaries, and other third-party partners to support smooth transactions.
- Manage the loan process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of disclosures and closing documentation.
- Maximize monthly funded loan volume while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
