Requirements
- 5–12+ years of backend, product, or platform engineering experience.
- Experience with high-scale, high-availability systems in fintech, crypto, or similar domains.
- Deep expertise in identity and access management or security engineering.
- Deep expertise in financial systems, ledgering, or payments.
- Deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure or on-chain data.
- Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems (datastores, queues, streaming, background workers).
- Track record of driving architectural decisions and seeing them through adoption.
- Operational mindset including monitoring, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with Product, Security, and Ops teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services including authentication, authorization, and security controls.
- Manage financial operations systems including transfers, ledgering, reconciliation, and risk controls.
- Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure for node management, transaction monitoring, and on-chain data indexing.
- Define and uphold reliability, observability, and incident management standards for core services.
- Lead large, cross-functional technical projects from design through rollout.
- Mentor and guide other engineers while contributing to engineering standards and documentation.
