Requirements
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent higher legal education.
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of document management and registration systems.
- Proven experience working with standard contract templates.
- Knowledge of contractual requirements related to product sales.
- Fluency in English at an Upper-Intermediate or higher level.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian for drafting legal documents.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented with high level of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Draft and analyze corporate documents including management decisions, powers of attorney, and internal policies.
- Handle state registration processes for legal entities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and protection.
- Draft, review, and negotiate financial contracts and tender documentation.
- Develop and monitor compliance programs related to ESM and ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance training for employees.
- Ensure adherence to banking compliance procedures such as KYC and AML.
- Provide legal advice and collaborate with regulators, external counsel, and auditors.
