Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language sufficient for building functional software.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and code execution.
- Ability to effectively debug and troubleshoot broken code.
- Commitment to writing clean, reliable code rather than just fast prototypes.
- Curiosity about system architecture and decision-making processes.
- Ability to accept and incorporate feedback without ego.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical work and asking questions.
- Completion of the required 20-30 minute work-sample assessment.
Responsibilities
- Build backend systems that power SaaS platforms.
- Develop frontend interfaces for real users.
- Solve infrastructure challenges to support company scaling.
