Requirements
- Master’s degree and 4 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree and 6 years, Associate’s degree and 7 years, or 8 years of relevant experience in IT or clinical/operational healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- 2+ years of experience documenting business processes and functional requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in a direct customer-facing role.
- 2+ years leading small to medium sized projects.
- 1+ year of experience delivering training or engaging users through instructional materials.
- Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, concise documentation.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
- Project coordination experience covering conception, design, testing, and implementation.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and partner with data stewards to establish business requirements and actionable data usage practices.
- Promote and manage organizational metadata within the Analytics Marketplace and Collibra.
- Develop training materials and teach courses as part of the enterprise data fluency program.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify data quality issues, analyze root causes, and monitor metrics.
- Support the configuration and troubleshooting of governance tools and workflows.
- Mentor entry and mid-level analysts while leading small to medium project engagements.
- Document business requirements and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and usability.
