Requirements
- Expertise in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC).
- Experience implementing analytics solutions for global business segments.
- Proficiency in data acquisition processes (replicate or virtual) from sources such as SNAP and BPC.
- Experience designing visualization artifacts including charts, heatmaps, trending, exceptions, and alerts.
- Ability to develop scalable data frameworks for broad business application.
- Understanding of the 'hub and spoke' analytics organizational model.
- Experience in coaching and enabling internal teams on analytics methodology and design processes.
- Strong understanding of business performance metrics and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Implement an analytics solution for the Global Products business segment across North America and International regions.
- Extend the Business Data Warehouse using SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
- Implement a foundational data framework to acquire data from various sources including SNAP and BPC.
- Design and implement a System of Insights featuring executive dashboards, margin analytics, pricing/cost analytics, and product line analytics.
- Assist with implementing the optimal analytics organizational structure based on the 'hub and spoke' model.
- Coach Valvoline resources in analytics methodology, visualization best practices, and analytics design processes.
