Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end prospect onboarding process from first contact to Introductory Session.
  • Schedule and confirm Introductory Sessions for all incoming inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to prospect communication across phone, email, text, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Yelp.
  • Provide customer service support to active members, addressing questions and concerns with efficient response times.
  • Facilitate communication between members, inquiries, studios, and Regional Managers.
  • Promote the company member app to streamline scheduling and rescheduling of workouts.
