Requirements

- Ability to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end prospect onboarding process from first contact to Introductory Session.
- Schedule and confirm Introductory Sessions for all incoming inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to prospect communication across phone, email, text, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Yelp.
- Provide customer service support to active members, addressing questions and concerns with efficient response times.
- Facilitate communication between members, inquiries, studios, and Regional Managers.
- Promote the company member app to streamline scheduling and rescheduling of workouts.
