Requirements

- Minimum of two years of experience in writing persuasive, strategically correct proposals.
- Proven experience in developing business strategies using a consultative-sales approach.
- Demonstrated project management experience, particularly in proposal content development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Writing samples and completion of a writing test are required.
Responsibilities
- Draft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and sales-related documents for diverse client audiences.
- Provide project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and reporting for sales support activities.
- Apply expert editorial and writing skills to ensure deliverables reflect strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect information and deliver on analytical tasks.
- Maintain proposal content and contribute to department process improvements.
- Manage project timelines and adhere to strict deadlines.
