Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing business strategies using a consultative-sales approach.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, particularly in proposal content development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Writing samples and completion of a writing test are required.

Responsibilities

  • Draft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and sales-related documents for diverse client audiences.
  • Provide project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and reporting for sales support activities.
  • Apply expert editorial and writing skills to ensure deliverables reflect strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect information and deliver on analytical tasks.
  • Maintain proposal content and contribute to department process improvements.
  • Manage project timelines and adhere to strict deadlines.
