Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of brand design experience with a portfolio showing range and craft.
- Strong visual fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Proven motion design, brand animation, or product storytelling experience.
- No-code or low-code build experience within a brand or marketing context.
- Demonstrable experience building brand enablement resources like templates and guides.
- Considered and practical perspective on using AI in creative workflows.
- Strong ownership instinct to carry projects from concept to final shipment.
- Agency experience with a desire for end-to-end project ownership.
- Strongly valued: Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Figma Make.
- Strongly valued: Front-end web capability using no-code/low-code tools.
- Strongly valued: SaaS or B2B technology background.
Responsibilities
- Create brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, events, and motion, from concept to final output.
- Design for web and follow it through to production using no-code or AI-assisted environments.
- Contribute to video and motion work including brand animation, product storytelling, and event content.
- Build brand templates, component libraries, and self-serve tools for the wider organization.
- Develop and iterate on AI-assisted brand workflows for Marketing and Sales teams.
- Audit and resolve brand inconsistencies across channels.
- Write brand guidance to explain design decisions and enable team autonomy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product partners early in project briefs.
- Measure and analyze design performance to iterate on future projects.
