Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Fluent in Turkish and at least intermediate level in English.
- Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
- Experience with testing processes such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
- Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Locust, and Jenkins.
- Solid experience with Python or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile Testing Process.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze technical documents independently.
- Proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Kubernetes is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and design robust automation systems.
- Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality and timely finalization.
- Predict testing processes and develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Attend internal client meetings to discuss progress with project leadership.
- Cooperate with infrastructure and implementation teams to improve the automation framework.
- Regulate hardware and software requirements for test setups and maintain test documentation quality.
- Examine QA artifacts and reports prepared by other engineers.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks.
- Support the continuous learning culture and team growth.
