Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite’s Services Resource Planning (SRP) module.
- Working knowledge of revenue and project accounting standards such as ASC606.
- Extensive knowledge of Milestone Billing and Charge Based Billing.
- Knowledge of time entry tied to project records.
- Extensive knowledge of Job Costing, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project budgeting, and P&L reporting.
- Experience with Project Progress-based Revenue Recognition and Sales orders with Projects.
- Deep understanding of project-centric accounting including T&M billing and project profitability tracking.
- Familiarity with SuiteProjects integrations such as Time & Expense tracking and Resource Planning.
- Experience customizing project templates, workflows, and saved searches/dashboards.
- Functional knowledge of related NetSuite modules such as ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) or OpenAir.
- Experience working with PSA tools and professional services organizations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in business process mapping, analysis, design, and functional system specification.
- Perform fit/gap analysis of business and technical requirements to provide actionable recommendations.
- Document all engagements including design documents, technical specifications, and system deployment reports.
- Provide decision support, monitor project risks, and create mitigation plans for clients.
- Manage full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from technical, functional, and organizational change management perspectives.
- Implement NetSuite SRP module as a mandatory requirement.
- Drive quality, testing, and delivery methodology processes to ensure client success.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure effective communication across project teams.
