Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience building high-scale backend systems and complex UI platforms.
- Strong experience with Vue 3, Nuxt, Module Federation, and component-driven frontend architectures.
- Solid backend skills with Node.js, NestJS, event-driven systems, queues, and high-throughput APIs.
- Experience with MongoDB, Firestore, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, and Nginx.
- Knowledge of CDN strategies, multi-region deployments, and distributed architectures.
- Understanding of real-time collaboration, rendering engines, asynchronous processing, and fault-tolerant design.
- Ability to define and work with SLOs, structured logging, distributed tracing, and performance dashboards.
- Proven experience leading engineers or squads including mentorship and technical guidance.
- Ability to drive sprint execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence without authority.
Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to codebases across Vue 3, Nuxt, Module Federation, and Node.js/NestJS services.
- Design and review architectures for scalable, low-latency, high-traffic systems, including CDN, routing, and real-time collaborative pipelines.
- Identify stability risks and performance bottlenecks to drive systemic reliability improvements.
- Build impactful product features, rendering engine enhancements, and internal tooling.
- Lead and facilitate sprint planning, execution tracking, and reporting while managing and mentoring developers.
- Conduct code reviews and set engineering standards to ensure high velocity and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, design, and infra teams to refine roadmaps and prioritize work.
