Requirements
- 3+ years of professional production Android experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience with BLE integration.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose in production environments.
- Proficiency with modern Android libraries (Koin, Hilt).
- Solid unit testing experience (JUnit, Mockito, Robolectric) with a TDD mindset.
- B2+ English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to challenge assumptions and work with autonomy.
- Understanding of architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Google Play release processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Android apps that communicate with hardware peripherals over BLE.
- Write performant, reusable, and reliable Kotlin code.
- Participate in specifying, planning, and estimating new modules and features.
- Cover code with unit tests and maintain a TDD mindset.
- Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and OEM-specific bugs.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing via tech talks, documentation, and pair sessions.
- Utilize AI tools to improve daily development workflows.
