Requirements

  • Professional fluency in both English and French, with the ability to confidently communicate with guests in both languages.
  • Experience and/or education in hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or contact center environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Confidence to make sound decisions, work independently, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, with scheduled consecutive days off.
  • Ability to attend a fully paid 4.5-week onsite training program in Moncton.
  • Maintain a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed wired internet.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service by handling inbound reservation inquiries in both English and French with professionalism, empathy, and authenticity.
  • Assist guests in selecting accommodations, room categories, and travel packages while providing personalized recommendations tailored to their preferences.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to promote premium offerings and enhance each guest's travel experience.
  • Build lasting guest relationships by actively listening, understanding individual needs, and delivering memorable customer interactions.
  • Represent the organization's commitment to responsible hospitality, sustainability, and service excellence in every customer interaction.
  • Accurately manage reservations and customer information using multiple software systems while maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to overall business success.
