Job Details

Experience: 3–7 years

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in investment banking or capital markets at a bulge bracket or elite boutique firm.
Currently at Associate, VP, or Director level.
Deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, ECM/DCM execution, sector coverage, or syndicate/book-running.
Strong financial modeling skills including LBO, 3-statement, and DCF analysis.
Experience with transaction analysis, fairness opinions, and client-facing materials such as pitch decks and market updates.
Ability to articulate investment banking judgment clearly and precisely in writing.
Commitment of 20+ hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Contribute deal experience to a structured research project to improve AI reasoning.
Generate, refine, and evaluate content reflecting senior IB professional transaction thinking.
Work across the full deal lifecycle from origination and pitching through execution and close.
