Requirements
- Strong UX execution skills across research and interaction design.
- Comfortable owning work independently while collaborating closely with a cross-functional team.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and break down complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Clear communication skills (visual, written, and verbal).
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience using tools such as Dovetail and Mixpanel.
- Experience contributing to and improving design systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive product design end-to-end, from discovery and user research to prototyping and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to understand user needs and improve workflows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, including occasional hospital visits to support deployments and gather feedback.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Help evolve our design system and champion user-centered design across the company.
