Requirements
- 3-5 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and product thinking.
- Experience in high-complexity domains such as fintech, healthtech, or legaltech.
- Strong knowledge of web guidelines, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Analytical mindset capable of simplifying dense, regulated content for end users.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Comfortable working within and building upon existing design systems.
- Experience participating in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and engineers.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews.
- Genuinely AI-forward with demonstrated daily use of AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design process from research through delivery — wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups — for features in complex, regulated domains.
- Develop and maintain components within our existing design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Design user-friendly interfaces with a focus on interaction design, clear dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Align design decisions with product goals and user needs, justifying reasoning to stakeholders and engineers.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders in design workshops and problem-solving.
- Integrate AI tools into the daily design workflow to increase efficiency and idea exploration.
