Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
- Proven experience designing high-quality consumer-facing web and mobile products.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed product designs.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong foundation in graphic design, including layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design decisions, attention to detail, and passion for craftsmanship.
- Experience working in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or digital asset products is a plus.
- Previous experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or decentralized applications is highly valued.
- Availability to work within North/South America or European time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concepts and user flows to final product launches.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to create elegant and practical solutions to complex design challenges.
- Develop user-focused strategies by gathering insights, understanding customer needs, and creating experiences that deliver meaningful value.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts quickly while balancing speed, exploration, and attention to detail.
- Influence product strategy and contribute to improving design quality, consistency, and overall user experience.
- Help strengthen design processes and promote a user-centered approach across the organisation.
- Apply strong visual design principles across layouts, typography, colour, and interaction patterns.
