Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in Human Resources, Full Cycle Recruiting, or a related field.
- Experience in high-volume, multi-site recruiting.
- Degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related field (bachelor’s preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and common computer applications.
- Highly skilled in talent acquisition and retention with knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Expertise in behavior-based interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Fluent in recruiting tools, ATS systems (Workable preferred), and HRIS.
- Ability to travel for onsite job fairs as required.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a professional network of candidates in the Senior Living sector.
- Utilize digital sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to identify top talent.
- Execute recruiting strategies to reduce contract labor and attract permanent staff.
- Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to select and onboard high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end interview lifecycle using the Workable ATS.
- Represent the organization professionally at career fairs and networking events.
- Participate in intake calls, recruiting huddles, and cross-departmental meetings.
