  • Three or more years of experience in Human Resources, Full Cycle Recruiting, or a related field.
  • Experience in high-volume, multi-site recruiting.
  • Degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related field (bachelor’s preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common computer applications.
  • Highly skilled in talent acquisition and retention with knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Expertise in behavior-based interviewing and candidate evaluation.
  • Fluent in recruiting tools, ATS systems (Workable preferred), and HRIS.
  • Ability to travel for onsite job fairs as required.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a professional network of candidates in the Senior Living sector.
  • Utilize digital sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to identify top talent.
  • Execute recruiting strategies to reduce contract labor and attract permanent staff.
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to select and onboard high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview lifecycle using the Workable ATS.
  • Represent the organization professionally at career fairs and networking events.
  • Participate in intake calls, recruiting huddles, and cross-departmental meetings.
