Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience creating short-form content for brands, agencies, or as a creator.
- Proven experience creating content for advertisements, specifically UGC.
- Demonstrated experience managing creators or providing constructive creative feedback.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Extensive knowledge of the British creator landscape.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience living in the UK.
- Ability to work in person in Paris or remotely from the UK.
- Strong understanding of British memes, humor, and online culture.
- Detail-oriented with a scrappy and experimental mindset.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Bump app in the UK market.
- Lead all content and creator-focused initiatives for the UK.
- Produce high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style advertisements.
- Build and manage a network of British creators.
- Run influencer campaigns with top British creators and micro-influencers.
- Partner with the paid marketing team to optimize content performance.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends for creative strategy.
- Write creative briefs and provide actionable feedback to external creators.
- Collaborate with the growth, distribution, and product teams in the Paris office.
- Support product launches, events, and localized UK activations.
