Requirements
- Experience with organic marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Proven background in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing guidance.
- Proficiency or quick learning ability with Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, and CRM tools.
- High attention to detail and strong understanding of systems and processes.
- Ability to work full-time hours within an 8AM–5PM EST schedule.
- Capacity to handle fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
- Must be able to receive and act on constructive feedback.
- Commitment to long-term growth (3+ years).
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily new student onboarding calls to facilitate program entry.
- Hold daily 1:1 check-in coaching calls to motivate and hold students accountable.
- Message clients daily to monitor progress toward their execution plans.
- Moderate the student community and answer questions via weekly group coaching calls.
- Manage renewal and upgrade calls to enroll clients into backend coaching programs.
- Create and produce new video trainings and worksheets to improve product delivery.
- Report daily on communication channels and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Innovate and optimize existing processes to ensure fulfillment team KPIs are met.
