Requirements

- Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in AI-driven documentation, search, and product guidance.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and style guide alignment.
- Portfolio showcasing software documentation for technical audiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced company serving enterprise users.
- Interest in contributing to UX text and interaction design.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and expand upon a house style guide.
- Willingness to work and grow in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to collaborate using Git-based workflows and static site generators (Hugo, Docusaurus, Gatsby).
- Skill in using Atlassian tools and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to support research, drafting, revision, and content maintenance.
- Apply human judgment for accuracy, clarity, and audience needs when reviewing content.
- Create clear, structured, and reusable content for human readers and AI-powered discovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the user community to create technical content.
- Build strong community and cross-functional relationships to expand product and user knowledge.
- Stay current with technical writing industry trends to help innovate at every level.
- Improve technical knowledge and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer outcomes.
