Requirements
- Highly proficient in Revit and/or SketchUp for interior drafting.
- Strong experience in cabinetry and joinery detailing.
- Proven ability to produce detailed trade-ready elevations.
- Experience creating electrical plans for interiors.
- High-quality, photorealistic rendering skills (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent).
- Graphic design capability (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable with video conferencing and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality working drawings and construction documentation using Revit or SketchUp.
- Prepare detailed elevations suitable for use by trades and cabinet makers.
- Produce cabinetry drawings with precise joinery detailing and dimensions.
- Develop electrical plans for residential and commercial interiors.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations.
- Create photorealistic 3D renders for client presentations and marketing.
- Create graphic design elements including mood boards, presentation layouts, and branded assets.
- Contribute to the design and development of an interactive client-facing digital product.
- Participate in regular virtual meetings and liaise with suppliers.
