Experience: +5 años

Requirements

5+ years of experience in electronic component reliability.
Advanced knowledge of chips, transistors, and passive components (resistors, capacitors, inductors).
Ability to interpret technical datasheets and specifications.
Experience with reliability testing, including failure analysis and accelerated life testing (ALT/HALT).
Expertise in supplier management and technical negotiation.
Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Familiarity with automotive industry standards such as AEC-Q, IPC, JEDEC, or ISO 26262.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client teams and suppliers to select components meeting vehicle reliability requirements.
Analyze BoMs to ensure compliance with design and life-cycle standards.
Identify and document potential risks in selected components.
Manage technical communication with suppliers regarding reliability requirements and test plans.
Collect, structure, and analyze reliability test data from suppliers.
Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for component failures.
Prepare technical reports on component status, risks, and corrective actions for stakeholders.
