Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS services.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and GitLab DevOps workflows (2+ years preferred).
- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
- AWS certification or DevOps certification is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment processes across AWS environments.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Implement and optimize containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of cloud infrastructure.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.
- Enforce cloud security best practices and support regular audits and compliance requirements.
- Automate system configuration and operational tasks using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
