Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration within enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA migration tools, particularly LTMC and related frameworks.
- Experience with SAP SLT replication, transformation rules, and system configuration.
- Working knowledge of SAP LVM and landscape management activities.
- Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data structures and dependencies.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations, including cutover and production go-live phases.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield and conversion projects.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading from legacy systems into SAP environments using standard and custom tools.
- Configure and manage SAP LTMC and related migration objects, ensuring accurate and efficient data loads.
- Implement and support SAP SLT replication scenarios, including transformation rules, filters, and real-time data movement configurations.
- Support system landscape management and refresh activities using SAP LVM and related tools.
- Develop validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
- Lead cutover activities including mock migrations, dress rehearsals, runbook execution, and post-migration validation.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to align data structures with operational and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, audit, and regulatory standards across all migration activities.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering architecture, migration design, runbooks, and operational procedures.
