Requirements

- Proven professional experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or similar role working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Active ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform governance principles.
- Ability to work in agile environments with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and scalable solution design.
Responsibilities
- Guide the implementation and configuration of specific ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to standard platform architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with agile development teams, support teams, and product groups to ensure consistent and scalable delivery.
- Ensure solutions include proper automated testing and meet quality standards before deployment.
- Monitor module roadmaps and define adoption strategies for new features and platform enhancements.
- Validate functionality during platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of implemented solutions.
- Assess customization requests and recommend minimal or no-customization approaches when appropriate, clearly explaining impacts and risks.
