- 5+ years of ERP and supply chain implementation experience, including at least 2+ years with D365 F&O or AX.
- 4+ full lifecycle ERP implementations with a focus on manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of WMS, inventory management, procurement, sales, and logistics processes.
- Experience working in consulting environments and leading client-facing workshops and solution discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 25–50% within the United States.
- Experience with production planning, transportation management, or APICS certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end D365 F&O supply chain and warehouse management implementations.
- Drive requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for WMS and SCM workstreams.
- Act as a subject matter expert across purchasing, sales, inventory, trade and logistics, and warehouse operations within D365 F&O.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Support multiple full-cycle ERP implementations ensuring quality, timeliness, and scope alignment.
- Utilize Lifecycle Services and DevOps to manage delivery activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and solution standardization.
- Support advanced supply chain advisory discussions including process optimization and system modernization.
