Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management, creative strategy, or performance marketing within DTC or digital-first environments.
- Strong experience managing paid media creative across multiple platforms and formats.
- Proven ability to operate within regulated or compliance-heavy workflows involving legal review processes.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset paired with a sharp eye for creative quality and performance outcomes.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools within creative or marketing workflows, with curiosity to expand their use.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring urgency, ownership, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Own the full creative production lifecycle across paid social, SEM, UAC, and related channels from brief intake to final delivery and trafficking.
- Partner with growth and creative strategy teams to maintain and execute a structured creative testing calendar, ensuring timely production and launch of experiments.
- Coordinate internal and external creative contributors, including designers, writers, and producers, while providing structured feedback and ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage legal and compliance review workflows for all creative and landing page assets, ensuring fast approvals without bottlenecks.
- Oversee landing page and website updates across cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Traffic and manage digital assets across platforms including video, app store creatives, and SEM placements, ensuring adherence to platform requirements.
- Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of creative assets optimized for performance, testing, and scalability.
- Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure all campaigns launch on schedule and meet business objectives.
- Integrate AI-enabled tools into creative workflows to improve speed, quality, and operational efficiency.
