Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in production environments
- Experience designing and building high-load infrastructure from scratch
- Hands-on experience with streaming, WebRTC, or social/multimedia products
- Production experience with Kubernetes, including scaling, autoscaling, and troubleshooting
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible
- Experience with AWS or GCP, including compute, networking, and managed services
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, along with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Helm
- Knowledge of observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and distributed tracing
- Strong networking fundamentals, including UDP, RTP/RTCP, low-latency networking, and TURN/STUN (coturn)
- Experience with load testing and performance optimization for high-traffic production systems
Responsibilities
- Design and build the infrastructure for a greenfield streaming/WebRTC platform, ensuring scalability, low latency, and high availability
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies to support fast and reliable releases
- Manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters using Infrastructure as Code tools
- Implement autoscaling, performance optimization, and load testing to ensure the platform can handle high traffic and peak loads
- Build and improve the platform's observability by implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product teams, contributing to architectural decisions and the evolution of the platform
