- Comfortable making high-volume outbound recruiting calls
- Ability to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Success working in a commission-based environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement
- Conduct proactive cold outreach by phone
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously
- Deliver high-quality candidates for urgent and ongoing client needs
- Partner with Business Development to support existing and new healthcare clients
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate documentation
