Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate, lease administration, property management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of commercial lease terms and concepts (e.g., rent, CAM, lease dates, renewals).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within a real estate or lease administration function.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) including tracking compliance and distributing documentation.
- Maintain accurate lease, property, and contact data within the lease administration system.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the Real Estate inbox.
- Coordinate utility account setups, transfers, and disconnections while liaising with vendors.
- Administer lease agreements, including abstraction and entry of financial and contractual data.
- Track and monitor critical lease dates, deadlines, and financial obligations.
- Upload, organize, and maintain lease documentation and records.
- Process landlord reimbursements and maintain supporting documentation.
- Prepare vacate notices and required tenant/landlord documentation.
