Requirements

  • Engineering graduate with B.E./B.Tech. degree.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • Exposure in customer services (Technical) within the IVD industry.
  • Advanced technical competency in at least one IVD product line.
  • Adequate skills to consultatively support technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to drive corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback.
  • Previous experience in technical field services of IVD products (hardware & SW) preferred.
  • Experience in generating service revenue preferred.
  • Experience in using CRM software for call handling and closure preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain instruments including providing basic operation training during installation.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance planning and modifications are performed in a timely manner.
  • Seek timely support for difficult product issues to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Maintain recommended spare parts for the full product range.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships with assigned accounts by adhering to field service policies and standards.
  • Consultatively help and support technical troubleshooting.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery based on customer feedback.
