Requirements
- Engineering graduate with B.E./B.Tech. degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Exposure in customer services (Technical) within the IVD industry.
- Advanced technical competency in at least one IVD product line.
- Adequate skills to consultatively support technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to drive corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback.
- Previous experience in technical field services of IVD products (hardware & SW) preferred.
- Experience in generating service revenue preferred.
- Experience in using CRM software for call handling and closure preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain instruments including providing basic operation training during installation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance planning and modifications are performed in a timely manner.
- Seek timely support for difficult product issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain recommended spare parts for the full product range.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with assigned accounts by adhering to field service policies and standards.
- Consultatively help and support technical troubleshooting.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery based on customer feedback.
