Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience in Retail Marketing, Merchandising, or Brand Coordination.
- Experience within the beauty or hair care retail industry.
- Familiarity working with major retailers such as Ulta or Target.
- Proficiency in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials.
- Proven capability in vendor management and budget management.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data.
- Exceptional communication skills and time management abilities.
- Collaborative team player attitude.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and local store events.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials such as signage, displays, and brochures.
- Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures to maintain budget compliance.
- Support store managers with local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data to measure ROI.
- Integrate digital marketing efforts like email and social media with in-store promotions.
