Requirements

  • Familiarity working with major retailers such as Ulta or Target.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials.
  • Proven capability in vendor management and budget management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data.
  • Exceptional communication skills and time management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and local store events.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials such as signage, displays, and brochures.
  • Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures to maintain budget compliance.
  • Support store managers with local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data to measure ROI.
  • Integrate digital marketing efforts like email and social media with in-store promotions.
