Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Technology, Business, or similar discipline.
- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions using Power BI, including complex data models and advanced DAX measures.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas) for large-scale data manipulation, transformation, and optimization.
- Experience using GitHub for version control.
- Proficiency in SQL and Azure Data Studio for data extraction, validation, and analytical problem-solving.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a global corporate environment while delivering a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Drive the analytics function for the GCOE team, acting as a liaison with business users and technical resources for complex data projects.
- Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models, perform custom analysis on SCIEX data, and present insights using data visualization techniques.
- Lead data initiatives end-to-end, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, implementation, validation, and stakeholder enablement (training and documentation).
- Coach and mentor analysts and developers in building advanced data models, reports, and analytical solutions, while promoting strong development standards, critical thinking, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate, recommend, and help implement modern technologies and methods for data integration, modeling, analytics, and performance optimization.
