Requirements

  • 5 years of experience managing social media and content creation for a consumer brand.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Canva, and CapCut.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex project workflows and high-volume content calendars.
  • Experience maintaining a professional, authoritative brand voice in a regulated industry.
  • Highly organized and comfortable driving multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, high-growth startup.
  • Experience with healthcare compliance is preferred.
  • Previous success in scaling a brand's social following from scratch is preferred.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and launch original video and static content aligned with monthly company goals.
  • Build and maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring all dependencies and approvals are met on time.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to translate healthcare concepts into brand-aligned social content.
  • Own daily operations of social channels, including community engagement and brand-voice management.
  • Coordinate influencer outreach, manage deliverables, and track ROI of partnership initiatives.
  • Track weekly metrics and provide data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
