Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing social media and content creation for a consumer brand.
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Canva, and CapCut.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex project workflows and high-volume content calendars.
- Experience maintaining a professional, authoritative brand voice in a regulated industry.
- Highly organized and comfortable driving multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, high-growth startup.
- Experience with healthcare compliance is preferred.
- Previous success in scaling a brand's social following from scratch is preferred.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and launch original video and static content aligned with monthly company goals.
- Build and maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring all dependencies and approvals are met on time.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to translate healthcare concepts into brand-aligned social content.
- Own daily operations of social channels, including community engagement and brand-voice management.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, manage deliverables, and track ROI of partnership initiatives.
- Track weekly metrics and provide data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
