Job Details

Expertise in AI-native development and continuous multi-session workflows (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex).
Proficiency in prompt engineering, context engineering, and writing reusable Agent Skills.
Experience with Spec-Driven Development workflows.
Proven experience building backend AI orchestration layers with LangGraph, Python, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of durable execution, structured outputs, and provider-agnostic model routing.
Ability to architect resilient, high-scale systems and design robust API boundaries.
Experience developing evaluation harnesses, versioned prompt chains, and annotated datasets.
Strong self-direction, organizational skills, and ability to own problems end-to-end.
Excellent written communication skills.

Ship multiple substantial features per week using AI and agentic coding workflows.
Operate as the technical lead for agentic coding pipelines, writing detailed prompts and specifications.
Build AI workflow engines using graph-based agentic orchestration with conditional edges, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Architect and scale distributed backend infrastructure using Python and TypeScript.
Design and implement durable execution systems that handle rate limits, process restarts, and outages.
Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and Chief Innovation Officer on technical direction and feature roadmaps.
Review peer code, write design documentation, and maintain agent skills to improve team velocity.
