Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Experience in consultative selling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn online booking, reservation, and management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Conversational Spanish is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for newly engaged couples to suggest wedding resorts.
- Use a consultative, caring, and curated approach to help clients find resorts that fit their budget and style.
- Answer client questions regarding itineraries, rates, and reservations promptly and professionally.
- Retain clients through consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and quality customer service.
- Manage leads and customer data using the company CRM.
- Resolve customer issues and manage administrative tasks as required.
