Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn online booking, reservation, and management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Conversational Spanish is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for newly engaged couples to suggest wedding resorts.
  • Use a consultative, caring, and curated approach to help clients find resorts that fit their budget and style.
  • Answer client questions regarding itineraries, rates, and reservations promptly and professionally.
  • Retain clients through consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and quality customer service.
  • Manage leads and customer data using the company CRM.
  • Resolve customer issues and manage administrative tasks as required.
