Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Platform & BI.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead or Tech Lead).
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proven experience in client consulting, workshops, and presentations.
- Experience with delivery and pre-sales, including solutioning and offer preparation.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for BI systems and data quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor a team of approximately 10 data engineers.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in data platform projects.
- Deliver high-quality solutions for clients and internal initiatives.
- Establish growth-oriented environments through feedback, technical support, and competency paths.
- Define and execute development plans and OKRs.
- Collaborate with clients on requirements gathering and technological consulting.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and offer preparation.
