Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles like Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
- Proven track record navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Deep foundational knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) orchestration patterns.
- Understanding of security risks associated with AI, including data exposure and unsanctioned usage.
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles such as Zero Trust, DLP, and cloud-native security.
- Exceptional presentation and executive-level storytelling skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Experience with AI prototyping or interacting with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Knowledge of model governance and AI compliance frameworks is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise account teams to own and execute the technical sales strategy.
- Configure and present outcome-driven demonstrations of the AI security platform.
- Lead customer Proof of Values (POVs) to validate security and AI integration capabilities.
- Act as a field authority on modern AI patterns including RAG, agents, and prompt workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Build and distribute reusable demo assets, technical playbooks, and training content for the sales force.
