Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and systems design.
- Experience building and scaling high-traffic, high-availability backend systems.
- Experience designing and operating backend infrastructure, including deployment automation, capacity planning, and observability.
- Ability to work across different layers of the stack, from performance-critical code to production operations.
- Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Python.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Capacity to learn new technologies in a fast-moving, large-scale environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the foundational systems that power the Constructor search engine.
- Operate critical infrastructure and services for high-traffic, globally distributed platforms.
- Implement deployment automation, capacity planning, and observability solutions.
