Requirements

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention programs.
Provide clinical supervision to Program Managers, RBTs, BTs, and BCBA candidates.
Develop client progress reports and maintain monthly updates.
Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain accurate data collection.
Conduct remote or telehealth sessions for assessments, team meetings, and training.
