Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
  • Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  • Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Program Managers, RBTs, BTs, and BCBA candidates.
  • Develop client progress reports and maintain monthly updates.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain accurate data collection.
  • Conduct remote or telehealth sessions for assessments, team meetings, and training.
