- Private workstation to perform work.
- High-speed internet with router and Ethernet connectivity (100Mbps download / 20Mbps upload).
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries.
- Assist with billing and claims inquiries, enrollment, and eligibility verification.
- Manage benefits inquiries, provider searches, ID card requests, and authorization status checks.
- Conduct CPT code lookups and coordinate pharmacy or transportation requests.
- Process dental and vision benefits information and manage grievances and appeals.
- Maintain performance and quality standards while utilizing web camera visibility.
- Navigate multiple computer screens while answering inquiries and entering data simultaneously.
