Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries.
  • Assist with billing and claims inquiries, enrollment, and eligibility verification.
  • Manage benefits inquiries, provider searches, ID card requests, and authorization status checks.
  • Conduct CPT code lookups and coordinate pharmacy or transportation requests.
  • Process dental and vision benefits information and manage grievances and appeals.
  • Maintain performance and quality standards while utilizing web camera visibility.
  • Navigate multiple computer screens while answering inquiries and entering data simultaneously.
