Requirements

- Life insurance license required (company covers 50% of pre-licensing course cost).
- Experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in outside sales, territory management, or field sales.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management.
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or any insurance line.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B sales.
- Strong relationship-building and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to operate as an independent contractor (1099).
- Coachability and willingness to follow a proven system.
Responsibilities
- Meet with warm, pre-qualified leads through a proprietary platform.
- Conduct consultative needs-based conversations with families.
- Present tailored life insurance solutions using a proven process.
- Close policies and build a growing book of residual income.
- Track sales pipelines using a CRM system.
