  • Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively.
  • Basic computer operating skills and knowledge of standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
  • Document inquiries accurately in the company system.
  • Initiate or process adjustments and conduct research to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems.
  • Report customer problems, questions, and needs to management.
  • Maintain accurate records on complaints and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Identify and report suspected fraudulent activities and system errors.
