- Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively.
- Basic computer operating skills and knowledge of standard office equipment.
Responsibilities
- Respond accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
- Document inquiries accurately in the company system.
- Initiate or process adjustments and conduct research to resolve customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems.
- Report customer problems, questions, and needs to management.
- Maintain accurate records on complaints and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify and report suspected fraudulent activities and system errors.
