Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product development and/or merchandising within lounge, home, lifestyle, or comfort-driven categories.
- Strong technical expertise in performance fabrics, garment construction, and fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with PLM systems and project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Ability to balance creativity with business judgment and data-driven insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch.
- Translate brand vision and trends into technically sound, fashion-forward products.
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs including construction, measurements, and materials.
- Manage prototypes, fit development, sampling, and shade consistency.
- Lead daily communication with vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Analyze sales performance, margin, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Manage the product launch calendar and align cross-functional teams.
- Review QA inspection reports and partner with Production for bulk handoffs.
